Senior Class of 2011

Useful iPhone Application

CollegeMapp is the first iPhone application designed to help seniors get organized and stay organized.

Some seniors struggle to stay on top of deadlines and paperwork even when the information is readily available online. Typically, students apply to eight or more colleges, and with multiple essays, deadlines and a variety of other requirements, students and families could benefit from some hi-tech help. With CollegeMapp, students can have access to all this information 24/7 on their iPhones! They can also email a spreadsheet of information to parents or counselors.

CollegeMapp is available to iPhone users only on the iTunes store for $1.99. This is a one-time purchase price, not a monthly fee. Students often pay more to purchase a song on iTunes!

For more information, check out www.CollegeMapp.com, or link directly to iTunes at iTunes

The Baccalaureate is a cap and gown ceremony held on the Sunday before graduation. It's followed by a reception. The ceremony includes a processional of the students, an inspirational speaker, student speakers and instrumental/vocal musical selections. It is entirely optional but typically very well attended and well-loved by parents. There is a balloon arch with the graduation year that is a favorite for photos.
